My brokerage, Matrix Real Estate, just took on the remaining listings at Celine Place Townhomes in north Seattle. They’re located at 1266 N 143rd Street, and my good friend Stacy is there Saturdays through Wednesdays from 11-6 for people who want to drop in and see.

The other great thing about Celine Place is that its already over 50% sold and closed – so you’re moving into a community that’s already been established.
